Are there any refunds?
Simple answer: NO Complex Answer: NO, but if something dire comes up during your process, we will do our best to support you and catch you up that we can. Empowerment requires 100% commitment, and so I must be 100% committed to your process. I couldn't be if either of us had it in our minds that there was a back way out of payments, could I?
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon filling out this form you will be directed to a scheduling app where you will fill out a longer intake form and choose a time to meet Angela online in a zoom meeting. Please make sure you have a computer , tablet or phone available for that time with a working camera (and possibly headphone to ensure ultimate privacy) When that is complete, you'll receive further instructions on your appointment directly from Angela.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
What is the PROCESS of the application call and course, since I'm so curious?
The process is simple: we start first with a phone "intake" where together you and I will dig down to the core issues of what needs to change for you in yourself and your life. If you are a fit for the program, you will be given an enrollment agreement.
I've heard you mention Referral Rewards. What are those?
Great Question! Because I don't "sell" , being a little to authentic-y and empowerment-y.... I reward. When one of my peeps refers another new person into the circle, I reward the friend who sent them! Generally it is about 10% of the value that the referred person invests. Sometimes it is freebie sessions, or extra fun empowerment days, or tickets to an event. It's my way of giving back.... and it sure saves me those wasted advertising scheme dollas! So share the magic and get more value back for you!
What is your cancellation policy (in general)?
Easy. Because this work requires Dr. Angela to invest a couple hours into prepping before your sessions, she must have 72 hours notice of a cancellation or reschedule (this will be explained further in your coaching agreement). If notice is less than 72 hours, policy is that you are charged for the full amount of your scheduled session, or in a prepaid setting, your credit card will be charged at the hourly rate for the additional hours needing to be added to your program. Group session and training investment will be forfeit and if required the student is responsible for both making up the hours missed and any further investment needed to do so. (as in any training company)... of course, I am a loving and compassionate person, so if you do run up against a challenge, please call me so we can work through it.
